SHIPPING POLICY

Each Anna Orr Photography fine art print is made to order and professionally produced by WhiteWall, a fine art photography laboratory. Orders are shipped directly from the production lab to the shipping address provided at checkout.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Because each print is individually produced, please allow time for both production and shipping. Estimated delivery dates and available shipping options are provided at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you discover an error after ordering, contact hello@annaorrphoto.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipment, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@annaorrphoto.com with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for additional information.
